ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The reunion will be held in the Hyatt Regency Centre-Ville Hotel located in the center of town. http://montreal.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp
Programming will include several talks of interest to family members and time to informally get to know your extended family, and to explore the great city of Montreal.
The previous reunions in Minneapolis, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Los Angeles each drew around 100 cousins to these successful events. As word spread of their success, each event was more popular than the previous. Please consider spending more time touring Montreal and even traveling to nearby Quebec City before or after the dates of the reunion.
THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO:
We welcome suggestions for program material. We also welcome volunteers to help out with pre-reunion activities and also at the reunion. This only happens because we all pitch in.
Looking forward to seeing you at our Reunion!
Your 2008 Family Reunion Committee:
Fania and Michael Jivotovsky
Brenda Freshman
Roberta Goldner
Gary Schumann
Ben Craine
Joel Alpert
Nancy Lefkowitz
Dafna Kapshud
PS: When you meet cousins, please mention the reunion and let us know below if they have not received an announcement.

THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO:
- Saturday night there will be an optional dinner at a restaurant.
- Please indicate on the registration form below whether you would be interested in eating at a restaurant with the family on Saturday night. As we get closer to the reunion we will communicate the plan to you.
- We will offer an optional bus tour of Montreal, which will include the architectural wonders of Moshe Safdie, Jewish Montreal, the Old City, a peek at Biodome, and EXPO '67 and Botanical Gardens.
- ALL THAT JAZZ! This is the last weekend of the International Jazz Festival in Montreal. We might get the best Klezmorim and other concerts just outside the Hyatt Regency Centre-Ville Hotel. Montreal is immersed in sunshine and divine sounds during that time. We will have free time for all to enjoy this special time in Montreal.
- The Hyatt Regency Centre-Ville is located in a gorgeous shopping center - fantastic boutiques, jewelry shops and restaurants. For our young people there is night life on St. Laurent Street - just 5 minutes away, it's nice to just take a walk there after our meetings and dinner.
- Before or after the reunion weekend, cousins could go up north to see the beautiful Laurentian Mountains and lakes; it is just a couple of hours away.
- Quebec City, just 2.5 hours away, is a unique experience - it's like visiting France.
